The track-mounted CST cone crusher features a 51-in. quarry-duty cone crusher offering the highest weight-to-power ratio of any tracked mounted cone in the industry, according to Screen Machine Industries Inc. The plant features a vibratory shaker screen located between the feeder and the cone crusher. Pre-screening the fines will significantly reduce crusher wear costs, the company adds, and increase overall plant production.

Other features of the CST are Caterpillar diesel power, a heavy-duty tracked undercarriage and wireless remote-control movement and operation.

In addition, Screen Machine will soon be debuting a triple-deck screening plant called the Spyder 622T. This plant features a Caterpillar C4.4, 127-hp diesel engine. It’s equipped with three 6-ft. x 22-ft. screens creating four product separations. The screen box feeds four 36-in.-wide stockpiling conveyors with discharge heights of 158 in. on the two largest products and of 186 in. on the two finest materials.
