Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas added the HL940TM wheel loader to its HL900 loader series. Powered by a Cummins QSB6.7 Tier 4 Final engine, the HL940TM comes equipped with a standard 3-cu.-yd. bucket and delivers 23,880 lbs. per ft. of bucket breakout force. The wheel loader features dual linkage for increased lifting capacity, improved load stability, rapid dumping ability and enhanced visibility. Hyundai incorporated its proprietary onboard weighing system on the HL940TM. The system has automatic and manual settings for monitoring individual and cumulative bucket load weights. In addition, the wheel loader’s cab includes a 7-in. interactive touchscreen monitor, enhanced climate control, a heated air-ride seat and in-cab sound reduction. The touchscreen monitor offers users a speed-limit control and an improved rearview camera that delivers higher resolution images and nighttime visibility.
