The Premiertrak 300 HA Hydrostatic VGF jaw crusher from Powerscreen features a new hydrostatic drive system, allowing it to reverse and unblock or run continuously in reverse for asphalt applications. Designed to run at low engine rpm for fuel efficiency and low engine noise for urban sites, it features a vibrating grizzly feeder (VGF) set with a 50-mm bofor bar on the top deck and a 30-mm mesh on the bottom. The closed-side setting (CSS) can be set to 40 mm for both asphalt and recycled concrete applications. Other features include large clearances in the bypass chute, large under-crusher clearance and full tunneling, and a hydraulically lowering conveyor, all-hydraulic folding, PLC screen control system. In addition, the redesigned Trakpactor 320SR mid-sized horizontal impact crusher features rapid setup time and a fuel-efficient direct drive up to 352 tph, the company says. Its recirculating conveyor rises for moving on site or loading for transport, while the quick-detach post-screen section converts to a standard Trakpactor 320 for versatility in a variety of applications. Finally, the Warrior 2100 heavy-duty screen includes Powerscreen’s exclusive triple-shaft technology first developed for the Warrior 2400. The 16-ft. x 5-ft. screen box is designed for efficiency and productivity.
