Reduces spillage, offers fuel efficiency and better access to tank

One improved feature of the Warrior 1400X is the feeder tray, which Powerscreen says produces minimal spillage around the machine so excavator operators can load without stopping or clearing. Another improvement is a collection-raise feature, which provides easier access to the diesel tank compared with the Warrior 1400. Powerscreen says this feature makes the 1400X more maintenance friendly around the core area of the machine. In addition, the machine’s stockpiling capacity on the fines and mid-size conveyors increased 50 percent because of a chassis riser. And a jack-up screen system allows site engineers to access media and change it in half the time it takes on the Warrior 1400, according to the company. The Warrior 1400X has a reduced engine speed, enhanced hydraulics and offers a reduction in fuel consumption of up to 15 percent versus its predecessor.
