Remote control functionality among feeder’s enhancements

The TF80 tracked feeder has new features to enhance and streamline the process of stockpiling materials, according to McCloskey International. Full remote control on all functions is now available, allowing operators to track and run the machine without getting out of the loader. This facilitates the handling and stockpiling of a variety of materials, including wood waste, bark, compost and topsoil – all of which are directly fed into the hopper with large loaders and excavators. In addition, the TF80 has a lower operating angle that allows it to convey a wider variety of material without blockages, bottlenecking or bridging. A 100-hp engine powers the TF80, which is available with tracked or wheeled mobility. The TF80 also features hydraulic folding for transport in as few as five minutes.
