Superior Industries says its Tandem Guardian screen plant
gives operators more options for processing material.

The new Tandem Guardian screen plant gives operators more options for processing material and expands an application’s potential tons per hour, according to Superior Industries.

The screen features bottle jack lifting points, a segmented belt guard and section tailgate. It also includes bolt-locking, hinged access doors, which allows access for screen media maintenance. The Tandem Guardian also boasts a fully-enclosed belt guard to ensure maximum safety while an integrated, on-board tensioner accelerates maintenance to the motor belt, the company says.

The plant includes two triple-deck screens, each with 50-hp, 1,200-rpm motors, Superior adds.

Superior Industries, headquartered in Morris, Minnesota, engineers and manufactures groundbreaking, bulk material handling equipment and components.
