The DB-R is designed for use at conveyor discharge points, creating a virtual curtain of mist around the material flow for outstanding particle containment. According to Dust Control Technology, the DB-R encircles the discharging material to apply suppression directly as the flow exits the conveyor. The engineering, with no moving parts, delivers focused dust suppression on a continuous-duty basis. It captures fugitive particles on radial stackers and other offloading points. The DB-R is available in nine standard sizes. Available options for the DB-R include a booster pump to elevate low water pressures, a variety of nozzle sizes and configurations, and water filtration. Units are available with a two-way valve and/or hose included.
