Volvo H-Series wheel loaders improve fuel efficiency, says company

The L110H and L120H wheel loaders by Volvo are powered by Tier 4 Final certified engines that improve fuel efficiency by up to 18 percent, the company says. The H-series machines have an eco-pedal to further reduce fuel consumption and load-sensing hydraulics to help maintain control of the load. They also feature a Reverse-By-Braking function that reduces the engine rpm and applies the service breaks when the operator changes directions. Because they are fitted with a number of Volvo attachments, the loaders are able to serve a number of functions, from material handling and rehandling to road construction and utility work.
