Vibration analysis system offers real-time analysis
Terex launched TRAC, a vibration analysis system that provides insights about the performance, condition and long‑term integrity of screening equipment. The technology is now available for screening equipment across Terex Materials Processing (MP) brands, including Powerscreen, Finlay, EvoQuip, MDS, Terex Washing Systems, Terex MPS (Cedarapids and Simplicity), Magna and Terex Ecotec. The portable, multi‑sensor system focuses on how screens behave in real operating conditions, according to Terex MP. Using synchronized measurements taken from multiple points on the screenbox, TRAC delivers insights into screen motion, balance, resonance and bearing condition, helping potential issues be identified before they affect performance, uptime or structural integrity. The system presents vibration behavior in a clear, visual format, translating data into actionable insights, Terex says.

Tracked jaw crusher provides performance in confined spaces
The RubbleCrusher RC-J65 tracked jaw crusher is designed to deliver powerful performance in a compact footprint, according to the company. Its tracked mobility allows operators to reposition the machine around almost any site, while the adjustable jaw settings enable consistent, saleable output of multiple aggregate sizes. RubbleCrusher says the J65 is ideal for processing concrete, brick and mixed demolition material in confined spaces. By combining the J65 with RubbleCrusher’s RC-S48 compact screen, the company says the two machines offer contractors a fully integrated on-site recycling solution. By crushing and screening material directly where it is generated, users can lower transport costs, reduce emissions, conserve natural resources and improve overall project efficiency, the company adds.

Jaw crusher first model in new series line
Astec Industries launched the A50 jaw crusher as the first model in its new A-series line. Astec says the A50 is designed for high performance in demanding primary applications, offering new features to enhance safety in operation and maintenance. The A50 jaw crusher features a keyed and bolted frame, rather than welded joints, which enhances structural integrity and long-term durability, according to Astec. Additionally, the company says solid side plates boost reliability and add strength where required. A cast swing jaw and angled wear plate prevent material bridging and strengthen high-stress zones for superior performance under heavy loads, Astec adds. Longer liners with improved nip angle maximize material grip, reduce wear and increase crushing efficiency.
