Terex Corp. acquired Keestrack, a manufacturer of mobile crushing, screening and related equipment.
Keestrack’s equipment serves the aggregates, recycling, construction and demolition industries across 65 countries through a network of more than 70 distributors. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The acquisition expands Terex Materials Processing’s crushing and screening portfolio and adds manufacturing and distribution capabilities, Terex says. Following completion, Keestrack will continue to operate as an independent brand within the Terex Materials Processing portfolio.
“Keestrack is a complementary addition to our aggregates portfolio, with established products, manufacturing capabilities and distribution,” says Pat Brian, vice president of Terex Aggregates. “We look forward to working with the Keestrack team following completion of the transaction.”
Kees Hoogendoorn, co-founder and president of Keestrack Group, says the acquisition will benefit the Keestrack brand.
“Terex Materials Processing provides a strong platform for Keestrack’s next phase,” Hoogendoorn says. “Its approach allows Keestrack to maintain its brand and customer focus while gaining access to additional resources and capabilities.”
Peter and Frederik Hoogendoorn will continue in leadership roles within Keestrack, while Kees and Annet Hoogendoorn will support the business during a transition period. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions. Keestrack will continue to operate independently until completion.
