The Cobra 230 is the newest addition to the EvoQuip line of impact crushers.
The unit works in a number of applications, including quarrying, construction and demolition, asphalt recycling and contract crushing. The crusher features quick setup times and an intuitive control system.
As material moves from the feeder through the impactor and onto the product belt, each section widens in order to ensure unrestricted flow. The crusher comes with ample under-crusher clearance and the ability to lower the product conveyor while it is still running.
In addition, the Cobra 230 uses a high-performing direct-drive system to power the impact crusher. Two independent hydraulically controlled aprons allow operators to optimize the material throughput and reduction while ensuring fuel efficiency, says the company. The crusher also provides ground-level access to the engine, hydraulics, service and refueling points for easier maintenance.

Superior Industries now offers the Razerlink mobile conveyor, which is designed to load, unload, transfer and stockpile material. The Razerlink combines mobility with its telescoping conveyor technology, designed to reduce downtime and accelerate material handling.
Each Razerlink unit is customized to meet the demands of an operation’s needs, whether it be a barge, rail, quarry, mine or construction site application.
Mobility options on the conveyor include conveyor tracks, drive tires or towable tires. The machine can be fitted with a fixed-length, radial or luffing conveyor. In addition, its feed design can come in the form of a drive-over ramp, back-up ramp or feed hopper.
The units are built in 48- or 72-in. models and can transfer material at rates up to 1,500 tph, the company says.

In addition to the Razerlink, Superior Industries’ new Tandem Guardian screen plant gives operators more options to process material and expands an application’s potential tons per hour.
The screen features bottle jack lifting points, a segmented belt guard and section tailgate. It also includes hinged access doors, which allow access for screen media maintenance.
The plant includes two triple-deck screens, each with 50-hp, 1,200-rpm motors.
