AEI screen options serve multiple industries

AEI Screens’ Bivitec is a versatile screening solution designed to efficiently handle challenging materials in a wide range of applications.

Bivitec offers a dual-vibratory screening process and features flexible polyurethane screen mats that can receive up to 50Gs as they’re tensioned and relaxed, creating a flip-flow motion that separates difficult-to-screen materials, according to AEI. This motion prevents material blinding and allows for high throughput rates and accurate particle size separation, the company adds.

The screen can handle damp, sticky materials as well as C&D waste like concrete, asphalt, wood and metal. AEI says Bivitec’s construction and customizable design make it an ideal solution for various industries including construction, demolition, recycling and mining.

The Bivitec is available in sizes ranging from 800mm x 3m to 3000mm x 12m. Users can choose from 1, 2, 3 or 4 deck vibrating screens. Mesh sizes range from 100 mesh to 4 in.
