Terex Minerals Processing Systems launched the MC450X cone module, which has increased tonnage and crushing efficiency compared to other Terex crushing products. Terex says the MC450X is the largest cone crusher module in its lineup to date. Enhancements to the cone crusher module include high speed clearing of jammed material; quick crusher separation capability for faster manganese changes; and user-friendly computer controls enclosed in a weather-protected control panel. The MC450X has a galvanized steel structure with walkways, stairs and guardrails. The modular product line consists of several predesigned static and semi-static crushing and screening “plug-and-play” modules, which are designed to fit and work together interchangeably.
