Rotochopper’s 365R tracked radial stacking conveyor allows users to stack product with a radial on timer and automatic oscillation to smoothly blend the pile. The company says the radial stacking, along with easy tracked positioning, creates efficiencies and time savings by minimizing repositioning needs. The 365R features a 36-in.-wide belt with a 65-ft. radial and 30-ft. discharge height. Also available is the 480R conveyor, which is equipped with an 80-ft. radial stacker and a 48-in.-wide belt.
Latest Ranger conveyor stockpiles directly from crusher, screener
Prostack, a Terex brand, introduced a tracked conveyor product in the Ranger 6-27H. The 6-27H, which is engineered to handle multiple applications, is an addition to ProStack’s Ranger line. According to ProStack, the Ranger 6-27H can stockpile directly from crushers and screeners. It can also load and unload barges. The Ranger 6-27H was engineered with an extended conveyor for situations that require more reach to span gaps or to create larger stockpiles. A conveyor length of 90 ft. allows operators to stockpile about 18,675 sq. ft. ProStack says four Ranger 6-27H conveyors are already destined for a U.S. customer by way of Evergreen Tractor, the ProStack distributor in Washington, Idaho, Oregon and Alaska. The four conveyors will first operate in Washington, where they will load barges before being lifted onto a vessel and travel to Alaska. Once the barges reach their destination, the conveyors will be used to unload materials. ProStack says this particular case demonstrates the versatility and maneuverability of the Ranger 6-27H.
Telescopic conveyor eliminates contamination, compaction of material
The MTS140 from Edge Innovate is a 140-ft. portable telescopic radial stockpile conveyor that provides a cost-effective bulk material handling solution, the company says. According to Edge, the MTS140 reduces operational costs by minimizing the double handling of material while enabling operators to create in-spec stockpiles by eliminating the contamination, segregation, degradation and compaction of material. Additional features of the MTS140 include two conveyors, a variable discharge height, an automated stockpiling control system, a track-mounted bogie for added application flexibility and the option of diesel genset or direct electric power sources. Furthermore, the Edge MTS140 gives operators full control when creating stockpiles via an HMI control panel. Operators can create stockpiles up to 47 ft., 1 in. tall at a rate of up to 1,000 tph, depending on feed material.
