Screencore launched the 470 XGRID, a screening, scalping and stockpiling solution. The 470 XGRID combines the benefits of a modern heavy-duty primary scalper screen with the benefits of a 50-ft. stacker, according to Screencore. Applications for the 470 XGRID include quarries, construction sites, sand and gravel operations, or dealing with soil and mulch. Its vibrating grid can be fed by a loading shovel, excavator, crusher, stacker or other similar pieces of equipment, and has an aggressive action for scalping large materials to ensure that only the desired fines make it to the stockpile. The 470 XGRID features a 47-in. belt feed hopper and has assorted grid options. The machine comes standard with a 50-in. stockpiling conveyor, but 60-, 70- and 80-ft. options are also available. It is further available in diesel- or dual-power configuration.
Technology offering allows for remote conveyor system management

Continental debuted Conti+ 2.0, an enhanced version of its app-based service platform designed to be simpler, faster and more comprehensive. The technology provides advanced options to manage conveyor systems from anywhere and increases the efficiency and profitability of an operation across all components and processes. Conti+ 2.0 is available in four modules to better fit customers’ operational needs. The basic module provides quick access to all master data, and an inspection module allows detailed inspection reports to be generated. An IoT module bundles static and dynamic data on one centralized platform, and an engineering module provides support as early as the plant design stage. Continental says Conti+ 2.0 provides smart support for customers and distributors, complemented by additional functions, a new structure, a modern design and a user-friendly interface.
Stockpile your critical materials in set patterns

The TR-80 radial conveyor from Finlay can be integrated into static operations or mobile crushing and screening setups in a range of applications. One feature is an automated stockpile program that allows operators to stockpile materials in set patterns to suit their operations and site configuration. Adding to its adaptability, Finlay says the radial functionality allows for flexible stockpile configurations, catering to various material types and site layouts. When operated in conical mode, the TR-80 has a maximum discharge height of 33 ft., 5 in. The radial conveyor can stockpile 2,369 cu. yd. of material, Finlay says.
