Pemberton Inc.’s MDG material densifier is a crusher attachment for excavators. It includes double wear plates on its jaw bottoms, hard-faced 710 BRN teeth, welded-in 520 BRN tooth segments and an optional rebar cutter in its throat. The crusher attachment has hardened pins and bushings, and the stiff leg mounting plate works with the MDG material densifier’s EGR grapples, wood shears and stick shears. The MDG is available in four sizes, and all four can be used to process concrete slabs, pilings, precast poles, RCP pipe, steel encased beams and silos.
