Crusher’s reliability, convenience elevated, company says

The new CRJ3750 portable jaw plant from Terex MPS combines a robust JS series jaw crusher with a high stroke, 52-in. x 20-ft. vibrating grizzly feeder, resulting in a high-production crushing machine. The CRJ3750 is built rugged and includes a new hopper design to handle tough primary crushing applications, Terex MPS says. The highly mobile plant is easy to operate and maintain, the company adds, and it offers new levels of reliability and convenience. The crusher features wedge-release jaw dies and hydraulic-assist jaw crusher settings. The jaw crusher isolation mounts reduce plant vibration, according to Terex MPS. The tail of the product conveyor lowers for operation, maximizing clearance under the jaw crusher. The conveyor discharge height, meanwhile, adjusts to reduce material impact on the receiving conveyor.  Multiple options are available, allowing customers to configure the plant to meet specific needs. Options include a rock breaker, folding hopper wings, hydraulic jacks, hydraulic-deployed switchgear, and several axle configurations.
