[Sponsored Content] EDGE Innovate has expanded its line of screening solutions with the launch of the new SCREENPRO S16; a compact, high-capacity two-deck screener designed to meet the demands of mid to large-scale operations. Following the successful debut of the larger SCREENPRO S18 in 2024, the S16 retains the proven performance and reliability, now in a more easily transportable format. Capable of processing up to 660 tons per hour, the SCREENPRO S16 features a 150ft² screening surface, a wide oversize discharge conveyor, and adjustable screen angles between 14 and 20 degrees for precision material separation.
The unit includes a 16x 5’ two-deck screen and a heavy-duty feed hopper, enabling it to handle both primary and secondary screening applications across construction, aggregates, and recycled materials. Operators can tailor the machine to specific needs using a variety of screen media options, including woven mesh, punch plate, finger screens, and grizzly decks. For recycling operations, optional over-band magnets and magnetic head drums allow for efficient ferrous metal recovery.
Transport efficiency is a key advantage of the SCREENPRO S16. Its compact footprint, hydraulic folding conveyors, and low-level feed hopper make setup and relocation fast and straightforward, ideal for operations needing flexibility across multiple job sites. Full remote functionality allows operators to control tracking, conveyor speed, and more from up to 328 feet away.
Powered by a fuel-efficient Caterpillar Tier 4 Final engine, the S16 is also available in dual power and electric hybrid configurations for reduced emissions.
