EDGE Innovate showcased the SCREENPRO S16 to the North American market for the first time at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, marking the machine’s official U.S. debut. Designed to deliver high-performance scalping in a compact footprint, the SCREENPRO S16 builds on the success of the larger S18 model while offering flexibility for mid- to large-scale operations.
Capable of handling feed capacities of up to 600 tph, the SCREENPRO S16 features a 16’ x 5’ dual-deck screenbox and 16.7yd² screening surface. Adjustable screening angles, a wide oversize conveyor and heavy-duty feed hopper ensure consistent throughput and efficient material separation across aggregates, construction and demolition waste, and recycled materials.
Engineered for productivity and uptime, the machine incorporates hydraulic folding conveyors, a low-level feed hopper and intelligent load management. A hydraulic lift-up screenbox allows for fast mesh changes, while multiple screen media options provide application flexibility.
Optional over-band magnets and magnetic head drums support efficient metal recovery, and hybrid power options are available, reflecting EDGE Innovate’s focus on fuel efficiency and reduced emissions.
