Eagle Crusher Co. plans to introduce its next-generation 1200-CC portable crushing and screening plant at AGG1 Aggregates Academy & Expo and World of Asphalt. Exhibiting in Booth 1912, Eagle Crusher says its most popular plant is now enhanced with special features to simplify setup, operation and transport. Among the enhanced features of the 1200-CC are a redesigned return conveyor; a new, fully hydraulic side-discharge conveyor; a self-lowering control panel; and an available onboard cross-belt permanent magnet that stays on for transport. According to the company, the redesigned return conveyor allows for quicker setup without attaching parts after extension.

Major, which recently introduced an advanced polyurethane strip variant to the Flex-Mat Modular series, will highlight its new development at AGG1 Aggregates Academy & Expo and World of Asphalt. The new variant, which offers increased durability and extends media lifespan and effectiveness in wet and corrosive environments, will be highlighted March 25-27 in Booth 1809. According to Major, the advanced polyurethane strip features greater chemical stability to improve performance in alkaline, acidic and wet environments such as limestone operations. The company says advanced durability extends the overall wear life of screen media in applications where polyurethane strips typically wear out before the steel wire, affecting the integrity of screen media. Like Major’s standard polyurethane composition, the advanced polyurethane strips are available for the Flex-Mat Modular D, S and T series.

Superior Industries will showcase its SP5155 Sentry horizontal shaft impact crusher in Booth 1532 at AGG1 and World of Asphalt. Superior describes the SP5155 as a solution for a variety of crushing applications, including quarried stone, recycled concrete and asphalt. The SP5155 features a 51-in. x 55-in. rotor that’s designed to deliver precise particle shaping and excellent control over size distribution, the company says. With the capacity to handle feed sizes up to 35.4 in., the crusher processes materials at rates up to 385 tph. Additionally, Superior says its cast, closed-rotor design provides the highest inertia for maximum crushing force. Safety and convenience are prioritized with hydraulic-assisted mainframe access, multiple inspection points and a rotor-locking tool that’s included with all machines.
