According to the company, the Cyberwatch SAT provides equipment monitoring from anywhere in the world, without the need for a SIM card or local wireless plan. Using the Iridium network, the tool has the ability to transmit up to six-hour meter readings and six alarm readings with GPS location. Cyberwatch SAT also has the ability to serve as a hub communicator, allowing operators to wirelessly connect their smartphones to the device mounted on a piece of equipment.
