Genesis Attachments launched its new GHB line of hydraulic breakers. GHB models range from 250- to 12,000-ft.-lb. of impact energy, and feature an optimized power-to-weight ratio. Additionally, the new dry-fire protection prevents the hammer from firing when the tool is not loaded, protecting key components of the hammer that include tie rods and side rods.
Other features include a refillable and changeable cartridge in the lube system that is triggered by the action of the GHB, eliminating manual greasing. Also, a field-serviceable lower brush can be used to expose fresh metal, extending the life of the bushing and saving on wear-part expenses.
