IRock to introduce new crushing technology

IRock’s new portable crusher features innovative technology and is built for greater production, the company says. It incorporates IRock’s exclusive Rock Box and heavy-duty components. In addition, IRock will be displaying a TS-522 TD three-deck screener at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2014. The three-deck screener allows users to produce and sort four finished products and is suitable for medium- to large-scale operations in applications such as recycling, sand and gravel, mining or as a part of a crusher circuit. A 129-hp engine powers the TS-522 TD, which is capable of processing materials at a rate of up to 670 tph. A 14-ft.-wide hopper feeder is standard on the screener and is rated to 12 cu. yd. With two decks, and a 20-ft. x 5-ft. bottom deck, the machine has a total screening area of 320 sq. ft. IRock is exhibiting at Central Hall 52972 at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2014.
