Tracked conveyor suitable for high-capacity operations
Telestack launched the TCL 2031 track-mounted conveyor, the latest addition to the company’s tracked conveyor line. The TCL 2031 is suitable for applications ranging from 1,650 tph to 2,750 tph and can handle maximum lump feed sizes of up to 15.75 in. According to the company, the conveyor is designed to fill the gap for large quarries, mining and aggregate operations using high-capacity crushers. Hydraulic folding head and tail sections collapse the machine for road transport to a folded length of 58 ft. and a transport height of 14 ft., 5 in. Alternatively, it can be broken down into shipping containers for long-haul moves. According to Telestack, on-site setup takes less than 30 minutes.
New portable HSI maximizes output, eases transportation
Cedarapids debuted the newest addition to its wheeled plant portfolio: the CRH5064 HSI portable plant. According to Cedarapids, the CRH5064 HSI portable plant is engineered to deliver productivity, versatility and ease of transport to serve demanding crushing applications. The CRH5064 can reduce maintenance, improve safety and deliver consistent performance across applications, Cedarapids adds. The 400-hp TI5064 horizontal shaft impactor is at the core of the CRH5064. The TI5064 features a high-inertia four-bar rotor, a monoblock primary curtain with replaceable tips, hydraulic tramp iron relief and hydraulic-assisted apron adjustments. Cedarapids says these features maximize output while protecting the machine and operators. Prototype testing achieved 600 to 700 tph through the plant when processing 30-in. minus shot rock limestone.
Telescopic conveyor designed for multiple stockpiling applications
ProStack launched the TW 36-150, a 150-ft. radial telescopic conveyor. The TW 36-150 is the latest addition to ProStack’s range of telescopic conveyors, which spans from 140 ft. to 190 ft. and caters to applications such as quarrying and ship loading. The new conveyor is engineered for multiple stockpiling applications, including quarrying and mining, with features designed to maximize efficiency and ease of use, according to ProStack. With a 150-ft. telescopic reach and radial capability, it offers a stockpile capacity exceeding 48 ft., 10 in. tall and accommodates up to 102,696 cu. yd. of material. The TW 36-150 also incorporates standard automated stockpile patterns to help minimize material segregation, degradation, contamination and compaction and deliver improved material quality and more efficient stockpiling.
