Loaders feature particulate matter catalyst solution

Case Construction Equipment’s SR240 and SV280 Tier 4 Final skid steers feature Case’s maintenance-free particulate matter catalyst solution, the company reports. Case says its particulate matter catalyst is a combination of a diesel oxidation catalyst and high-efficiency, flow-through filter. Both machines represent models in the Case lineup that provide increased rated operating capacities, while still delivering performance benefits associated with the Case Alpha Series of skid steers, Case says. Both models feature the industry’s lowest entry threshold for its cab, which helps improve visibility down to the bucket and attachment, the company says. The company says the Tier 4 Final solution featured on the SR240 and SV280 are maintenance-free, with no filters or fluids to add. Additionally, the SR240 and SV280 cabs are fully sealed to prevent noise, dust and fumes to enter, according to the company. Case says both machines’ cabs provide 360-degree visibility, ultra-narrow wide-side screens and side lighting to work at night.
