Metso introduced two new models to its Lokotrack mobile crushing line: the Lokotrack LT400RS mobile impact crusher and the Lokotrack LT200HPX mobile cone crusher.
According to Metso, the LT400RS, part of the Lokotrack EC Range, is designed for aggregates recycling and demolition applications, while the LT200HPX delivers efficient aggregate production with integrated screening.

Lokotrack LT400RS
Metso says the LT400RS is designed to meet the challenges posed by materials such as concrete, asphalt, and mixed demolition waste, which often contain rebar, wood and other contaminants. In addition to processing waste materials more efficiently, the company says the diesel-electric LT400RS also reduces fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
The LT400RS features the new 250 kW Nordberg NP1213MR impact crusher with a two-breaker-plate option. This is supported by a 430 kW genset rating and heavy-duty blow bars for recycling. A two-deck product screen, wind sifter and an adjustable electromagnet offer efficient material separation, the company says.
“The LT400RS is designed to meet the core needs of recycling customers: reliable high capacity, efficient material separation and easy relocation between sites,” Vuorenpää says. “With its diesel-electric drive and electric grid connection, it delivers strong performance while helping customers achieve the lowest possible operating costs.”
Lokotrack LT200HPX
The Lokotrack LT200HPX features a two-deck pre-screen and a two-deck product screen, which the company says provides efficient screening in a single track-mounted package. Wide conveyors enable seamless material flow and high capacity and direct crusher drive improves fuel efficiency. Additionally, Metso says smart folding functions simplify transport and maintenance.
The LT200HPX is equipped with a Nordberg HP200e cone crusher for hard rock crushing. No-backing liners allow for quick, easier and safer liner changes, the company says.
Both new products are compatible with Metso digital services, including production performance and AI-powered predictive maintenance.
