Sandvik Construction‘s QS331 mobile cone crusher, which features an “S” type gyrator cone, accepts feed sizes up to 90 percent larger than standard cones, the company reports. Sandvik adds that this feature allows maximum productivity from a producer’s primary crusher. The company says that the “S” cone also enables the QS331 to operate as a primary crusher at gravel operations. Additionally, the QS331 incorporates the Sandvik C2430 cone. Sandvik says the QS331 will be on on display at the AGG1 Aggregates Academy & Expo in March.
