John Deere, Wirtgen Group to unveil 24 market launches
John Deere and Wirtgen Group will have a joint booth at ConExpo-Con/Agg, offering a customer-focused experience that showcases solutions for the construction market.
The companies will exhibit across 80,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor booth space in the outdoor Silver Lot (Booth SV2415) and West Hall (Booth W40442) of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
In the Silver Lot, showgoers will see the world premiere of equipment designed to help solve customers’ challenges, according to the companies. In West Hall, the space will highlight John Deere Power Systems and E-Power solutions.
In the middle of the 70,000-sq.-ft. outdoor booth, a dedicated innovation center will focus on new solutions that help customers solve everyday challenges. The first floor will feature the John Deere Operations Center, a jobsite-centric tool serving as a digital hub for all machine and work data. On the second floor, aftermarket digital solutions will be on display to support parts and service convenience for customers. Additionally, 15,000 sq. ft. will be dedicated to live demonstrations.
In addition to these plans, the companies plan to showcase 24 market launches – including 18 world premieres of John Deere equipment and six market launches from Wirtgen Group.
Of the machines on display, 11 will feature John Deere SmartGrade control, SmartWeigh or SmartDetect functionality. Fourteen Wirtgen Group machines will be equipped with Wirtgen Performance Tracker, AutoPilot 2.0, Smart Level Pro, Smart Pave, Smart Compact Pro and Spective Connect. The companies will display seven electric and hybrid-electric machines, as well.

Portable jaw crusher offers new features, enhanced safety
Astec Industries will display an A-series jaw crusher at ConExpo-Con/Agg following the launch of the A50 model earlier this year.
Astec will be present in Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center (Booth C30236).
According to Astec, the A50 is designed for high performance in demanding primary applications.
“The A50 jaw crusher is a true representation of what we can achieve through our OneAstec [new product development] strategy,” says Stephen Whyte, vice president of product management at Astec. “By bringing together the best engineering expertise and proven designs from across our legacy brands, we’ve created a machine that represents both our legacy and establishes a new benchmark in future jaw crusher design.”
The A50 jaw crusher features a keyed and bolted frame, rather than welded joints, to enhance structural integrity and long-term durability, according to Astec.
A cast swing jaw and angled wear plate prevent material bridging and strengthen high-stress zones for performance under heavy loads, Astec adds. Longer liners with improved nip angle maximize material grip, reduce wear and increase efficiency.
Astec says operators can extend wear part life, simplify maintenance and lower operating costs with the interchangeable fixed and swing liners on the A50. Interchangeable toggle assemblies eliminate heavy wedges and side plate cutouts for fast, safe adjustment and quick resets following an uncrushable event.

Magna to make show debut with mobile jaw crusher
Magna will make its first appearance at ConExpo-Con/Agg, showcasing its flagship machine: the MT130J mobile jaw crusher.
The brand will exhibit with Terex in the Silver Lot (Booth SV2357) outside the Las Vegas Convention Center.
“ConExpo 2026 is the ideal platform to showcase what Magna delivers for large-scale operations,” says Neil McIlwaine, business line director at Magna. “We’re bringing the MT130J – the largest tracked jaw crusher in our range to date – to the industry’s biggest stage, demonstrating not only the power and efficiency of our equipment, but the complete support package behind it to include digitalization and after-sales solutions.”
The MT130J is engineered for high-output quarry and mining applications. Designed to operate as a standalone primary crusher or as part of a mobile or static crushing and screening plant, Magna says the MT130J offers flexibility and efficiency for producers seeking to maximize productivity.
For ease of transport between sites, the plant can be disassembled and reassembled without requiring heavy crane assistance, reducing downtime and costs. Its electrically driven power systems deliver significant cost advantages and environmental benefits, the brand says, while the large 42-ft. x 39-in. opening allows the crusher to handle oversized material, minimizing pre-processing requirements.
An automatic variable-speed vibrating grizzly feeder provides continuous choke feeding for optimal performance. The high-powered electric drive, meanwhile, delivers precise chamber control and reverse functionality to clear blockages and support demolition, asphalt and recycling applications.

Mobile impact crushing plant to make North American debut
SBM Mineral Processing will present its mobile crushing plants and mobile concrete mixing technology at ConExpo-Con/Agg, with a presence in the Silver Lot (Booth SV3122) outside the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Based in Austria, SBM will display its 600-tph Remax 600 large impact crusher and the Euromix 4000 batch mixing plant, which produces 230 cu. yd. per hour.
The Remax 600, which makes its North American debut at ConExpo-Con/Agg, can handle feed sizes up to 40 in. The plant has a maximum capacity of 600 tph.
Even when fully equipped with a two-deck pre-screen, longitudinal magnetic discharge and optional one-, two- or three-deck add-on screens, SBM says the Remax 600 weighs about 175,000 pounds. All equipment remains on the machine during transport, with an intelligent SBM Crush Control system monitoring the commissioning process. According to SBM, the system enables inexperienced operators to work safely and efficiently thanks to extensive sensor technology and automatic adjustment of system functions.
In all, SBM offers nine models of Jawmax jaw crushers and Remax impact crushers that are hybrid electrified. The company says the plants consume up to 40 percent less diesel than comparable fully hydraulic or partially electrified plants. They can also be operated fully electrically with unrestricted functionality thanks to a plug-in option.
