Screen options applicable to multiple industries

AEI Screens’ Bivitec is a versatile screening solution designed to efficiently handle challenging materials in a range of applications. Bivitec offers a dual-vibratory screening process and features flexible polyurethane screen mats that can receive up to 50 Gs as they’re tensioned and relaxed, creating a flip-flow motion that separates difficult-to-screen materials, according to AEI. This motion prevents material blinding and allows for high throughput rates and accurate particle size separation, the company adds. The screen can handle damp, sticky materials, as well as C&D waste like concrete, asphalt, wood and metal. AEI says Bivitec’s construction and customizable design make it an ideal solution for industries such as construction, demolition, recycling and mining. The Bivitec is available in sizes ranging from 800 mm x 3 m to 3,000 mm x 12 m. Users can choose from one-, two-, three- or four-deck vibrating screens. Mesh sizes range from 100 mesh to 4 in.
Jaw crusher designed for diverse operation types

EvoQuip launched the Bison 340 – the newest and largest addition to the company’s Bison jaw crusher range. The 34-ton crusher has a 39-in. x 23-in. jaw chamber opening and an output potential of 308 tph, depending on application, according to EvoQuip. The company says its Bison 340 primary jaw crusher is designed for operators in quarrying, demolition, recycling and mining applications. It features track mobility for quick setup time and hydraulic crusher setting adjustments for total control of product size. The hydrostatic drive, which is included as standard, allows the crusher to run in reverse. EvoQuip says this is particularly useful for removing blockages from the chamber or when crushing in sticky applications like asphalt. All Bison jaw crushers come with the T-Link telemetry system fitted as standard, providing customers with real-time information on the performance of their machine. This leads to effective machine management and maximized uptime, according to EvoQuip.
