RAM Enterprise named Laila Miguel president of the company.
Miguel, who most recently served RAM as CFO, takes over for Tim Horn, who plans to retire in 2025. As part of Miguel’s promotion, Horn will assume a new, targeted role within the organization in which he will serve as advisory, mentor and long-range strategist, focusing on sustained growth.
Horn started with RAM in 1995 in the company’s process maintenance department and spent the last 12 years as president of RAM.
Miguel will work closely with Horn and RAM CEO Richard Milroy to ensure a smooth transition and continued growth for the company, according to RAM.
“Laila’s visionary leadership style, coupled with her knack for fostering talent and seizing growth opportunities, positions her perfectly to lead RAM Enterprise into its next chapter,” RAM says in a release about the move. “She has long been regarded as a strong leader within our organization, notable championing our commitment to organizational clarity.”
The company also acknowledged the contributions Horn has made to the company over his 29 years with RAM.
“Tim has been a cornerstone of leadership within our organization throughout his tenure, guiding numerous colleagues to success,” the company says. “His strategic vision has been instrumental in establishing our worldwide footprint and landing key projects that have fueled RAM’s remarkable growth. We would not be where we are without him.”
