Road Machinery & Supplies expands in Upper Midwest

Roadtec, an Astec company, extended the service area for Road Machinery & Supplies Co. (RMS) into the state of Nebraska.

With the inclusion of Nebraska, RMS is now the Roadtec distributor for all of Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska, in addition to four counties in Illinois, according to the company.

“We are honored that Astec trusts us to cover an increased segment of its Roadtec customers,” says Andy Schwandt, VP of sales and marketing at RMS. “We have a very strong relationship with Astec and this move is reflective of that. We are excited to become a trusted partner to our new Nebraska customers.”

RMS is also a distributor for Astec brands such as Astec Mobile Screens, KPI-JCI and Peterson. The company is a distributor of construction and mining equipment throughout the Upper Midwest.
