Rockland Manufacturing Co. released a side dump bucket designed to provide versatility and safety when working in tight or congested jobsites.
The dual-cushioned dump cylinder allows for a controlled lateral dump. Loader travel is reduced as loaders can pull besides a truck or trench to dump sideways. Also, a hydraulic lockout cylinder prevents unwanted bucket movement when the dump cylinder is not engaged, the company says.

A center-mounted lift hook and heavy duty, reversible bolt-on cutting edges are also included with the bucket. A left-hand dump is standard, but the company says a right-hand dump is available upon request. Additionally, the bucket is available in coupler or pin-on configurations.
