With an operating weight of only about 80 tons, the impact crusher (feed opening: 55” x 39”) produces a maximum of 600 tph. The REMAX 600 offers unparalleled value with a complete package of standard equipment, including options for a wide range of high-quality end products. A double-deck pre-screen is standard, and three optional post-screens (1, 2, 3-deck) are available. Even when fully equipped, the machine allows for one-piece transport and short set-up times without additional tools.
The REMAX 600 is powered by a Cummins Tier 4f diesel engine and an 520 kVA onboard gen-set, or it can be run fully electric from the mains, with plug-in switching and all functions managed by the intuitive SBM CRUSH CONTROL. The system actively supports the operator. Even at maximum capacity and with full integration of all production screens, uninterrupted one-man operation is guaranteed with optimized consumption data and low environmental emissions.
