Some of the latest mobile plants, components to consider
Spective Connect from Kleemann is now available for the Mobirex MR 110 EVO2 and Mobirex MR 130(i) EVO2 mobile impact crushers. Spective Connect is an operating control system Kleemann released in 2017 allowing users to access relevant process information and reporting on their smartphone, meaning plant operators can monitor the information without leaving an excavator or wheel loader. Available information includes fuel level, fuel consumption, plant performance and current gap setting. Spective Connect also generates reports on consumption, plant performance and plant use. The reports can be forwarded by messenger or email, and the complete process is visible to plant operators at any time. Additionally, Spective Connect is available for the Mobicat MC 110(i) EVO2 jaw crusher and the Mobicone MCO 90(i) EVO2 cone crusher.
Jaw crushing plant is company’s largest yet
The new J6 jaw crushing plant is designed to deliver high tons per hour due to an innovative jaw chamber design and enhanced material flow, according to McCloskey International. McCloskey says the large, deep chamber is particularly effective in hard rock applications, with an optional factory-fit rock hammer available to maximize resources on-site. The 48-in. x 34-in. jaw opening accommodates large feed sizes, the company adds. Mobility on-site and between sites is a feature of the plant, McCloskey says, with remote-control tracks present to easily move and position the plant and maximize the efficiency of project sites. Additionally, the J6 is fitted with a telematics modem for the new 365SiteConnex program, a connectivity solution for monitoring McCloskey products.
Increase production in asphalt, concrete applications
The new RapiDeploy 1000 from Eagle Crusher offers the same features of the company’s original RapiDeploy 500 with the added power of the UltraMax 15 impactor. According to Eagle Crusher, the RapiDeploy 1000 is designed for higher production in asphalt and recycled concrete applications. Like its predecessor, the RapiDeploy 1000 is a portable plant on a single chassis featuring built-in retractable conveyors. The unit can crush, screen, separate and stockpile all in one pull for easy transport to jobsites, Eagle Crusher says. It features a two-product screen with a third reliever deck aimed at increasing productivity while producing two cubical spec products. Because the RapiDeploy 1000 replaces jaw, cone and screen multi-unit systems, Eagle Crusher says a much lower initial investment cost is required on a producer’s part.
