System continuously removes plastic from screens

The Airlift Separator is a portable plastic removal system for removing plastic and other lightweight materials from compost. According to a press release, the Airlift Separator is the only plastic reduction system available that doesn’t slow down production and is suited to clean finished material, fines or the overs. The company says the system removes as much as 90 percent of contamination from organic waste. The system works universally with any screen, the company says.
