Terex Materials Processing will launch a new brand, EvoQuip, at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2017.

According to Terex Corp., EvoQuip offers a comprehensive portfolio of products to address the needs of the compact crushing and screening markets in several key industries: building and construction; asphalt and concrete crushing; quarries; plant hire; farming and agriculture; and landscaping and gardening.

Terex identified an opportunity to bring value to customers in these industries by providing intuitive equipment that is simple to operate and maintain, fuel efficient and easy to transport. User friendliness is at the heart of the brand, the company says, and as new products are developed the focus will be on simplicity and entry-level customers.

“We want to reinvigorate the focus on the basics of crushing and screening,” says Matt Dickson, global product line director of EvoQuip.

EvoQuip products will be manufactured in Northern Ireland with additional support and service from facilities in North America and India.

“We look forward to adding more products to the portfolio in 2017 and serving our new customers to a very high standard,” Dickson says.

In tandem with the brand launch, EvoQuip will display the Bison 120 jaw crusher, which has been specifically designed for operators who value versatility, maneuverability and transportability. The jaw crusher is small enough to fit inside a container for transport but strong enough to withstand tough applications, the company says.

The Bison 120 features a 680-mm x 400-mm single-toggle jaw crusher that can be adjusted hydraulically using the remote control that comes as standard with the machine. The jaw is driven hydraulically, giving the customer the ability to reverse the crusher to clear a blockage, as well as be able to run in reverse permanently for sticky applications such as asphalt. The ability to adjust the jaw setting and operate the plant fully from the remote control allows for a fast and simple setup for the customer, Terex says.

With its intuitive operation, quick setup times, compact size and ease of transport, the Bison 120 is an ideal solution for small- to medium-sized operators, the company adds.

EvoQuip will exhibit the Bison 120 jaw crusher March 7-11 at the Terex booth, No. G3382, in the outdoor Gold Lot at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
