EvoQuip, a Terex brand manufacturing compact crushing and screening equipment, launched the Falcon 820 inclined screen. The Falcon 820 combines scalping, screening and stockpiling in one self-contained unit, according to EvoQuip. The screen features a double-deck, two-bearing screenbox, and can operate in applications such as crushed stone, sand and gravel, topsoil and demolition waste. Some Falcon screens are built with EvoQuip’s T-Link telemetry system fitted as standard, the company adds. This provides users with real-time information on the performance of their machine. The data can be accessed on a tablet or a smartphone.
Stacker options provide operational flexibility
Kleemann’s new Mobibelt mobile stackers offer a more flexible arrangement of worksite processes, according to the company. The Mobibelt MBT 20i and MBT 24i stackers extend the action radius of crushing and screening plants, Kleemann says, making large stockpiles and improved worksite logistics possible. Both stackers are equipped with a 1.6-cu.-yd. feed hopper made of Kleemann Resistant Steel, which the company says permits the feeding of material with an edge length of up to 8 in. An optional hopper extension up to 3.3 cu. yd. is provided with an additional impact bar that prevents direct impact of the feed material on the conveyor belt and reduces wear, the company says. The MBT 20i and MBT 24i come with Kleemann’s Spective operating concept. Kleemann adds that, during a typical workday, the operator receives support with a central operating position, local operation and the option of troubleshooting help via Spective Connect.
Tracked radial conveyor suitable for multiple applications
ProStack, a Terex brand, launched the Ranger 6-24TR tracked radial conveyor, the latest addition to its stacker range. Designed for stockpiling across multiple applications – including the quarrying and mining industries – the Ranger 6-24TR provides efficiency, versatility and automation, according to ProStack. The Ranger 6-24TR features a semi-automated stockpile program that allows operators to stockpile materials in set patterns to suit their specific needs. The conveyor includes a hydraulic fold over feature, allowing it to be folded for transportation, reducing downtime and ensuring swift relocation to different jobsites, according to the company. Coupled with the already compact design, ProStack says this feature allows the Ranger 6-24TR to be transported within a shipping container. It can achieve a maximum throughput rate of 600 tph, according to ProStack, and has a maximum discharge height of 35 ft., 3 in.
