The Remax 600 impact crusher from SBM Mineral Processing is the company’s new flagship crusher. The crusher offers fully hybrid processing and a maximum output of 600 tph with a 1400-class impact crusher. SBM says the machine is suitable for a range of applications in raw materials and recycling and, depending on the equipment, up to five end products in a single pass. The crusher also serves as the basis of an autonomous crusher that SBM is developing in tandem with the University of Leoben. The technology is expected to be ready for market launch and use in other crusher classes as early as 2026, according to SBM.
Cone, screen plant remains portable while offering high production

Cedarapids debuted the CRC1350S portable closed-circuit cone and screen plant. Designed for high production while maintaining portability, the CRC1350S is the largest portable closed-circuit cone and screen plant on the market, according to Cedarapids, remaining permittable with a travel height of 14 ft. The CRC1350S features a 400-hp TC1300X Cedarapids cone crusher with improved kinematics and a large eccentric throw. A 7-ft. TSV horizontal screen complements the cone crusher, enhancing production and accommodating a range of applications. The CRC1350S also has several standard features to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency, Cedarapids says. These include an oversized cone feed hopper with an overflow chute, a straight-line undercrusher conveyor, a metal detector for enhanced safety, a hydraulically powered transfer chute and various axle configurations to facilitate easy plant permitting in all states.
Crusher motor excels in harsh environments

ABB launched its DP200 Crush+, a severe-duty motor for use in aggregate operations. According to ABB, the motor is designed to excel in the harshest environments and raises the standard for performance and durability in crushers and other applications. Built on the company’s SD200, three-phased motor platform, ABB says Crush+ optimizes performance, efficiency and long-term maintenance costs while delivering high starting and breakdown torque. With a power range of 100 to 600 hp, a cast-iron design, Class H insulation and a multi-position conduit box, the company says Crush+ allows for customization to meet diverse operational needs. A heavy-duty frame, available in NEMA 440 to 580 sizes, ensures Crush+ can endure harsh operating conditions, the company adds, while a high-strength 4140 steel shaft reduces the risk of damage under high-stress loads. Crush+ is safeguarded against dust, water and other contaminants with IP65 ingress protection and non-contact labyrinth seals, ABB adds.
