Simplicity’s MHS620X modular screen plant features a new “extra clearance” 6-ft. x 20-ft. ESX horizontal screen. According to Simplicity, a Terex MPS brand, the ESX horizontal screen provides increased space between screen decks, allowing for easier maintenance access to screen media while improving maintenance safety. The MHS620X includes an extra-heavy-duty I-beam frame and a rigid diagonal truss construction and galvanized steel structure that includes walkways, stairs and guardrails. The MHS620X emphasizes safety, sustainability, ease of operation and streamlined setup, the company says. A variety of bolt-on options are interchangeable and can be fastened on-site using basic hand tools, eliminating disruptions to active operations. The plant can be used in applications such as aggregates, mining, demolition, recycling and industrial minerals, and it can be incorporated onto a compact site or be utilized as part of a multi-plant system.
Tracked jaw crusher can handle variety of materials
RubbleCrusher showcased its RC150T tracked jaw crusher at an open house in Pennsylvania. The plant can be transported with a truck for ease of mobility from site to site. Those who attended the open house saw live demos of the jaw crusher, which was fed a variety of materials to showcase its versatility in a range of applications. According to RubbleCrusher, the RC150T made product as large as 4 in. and as small as 5/8 in. The RC150T can be fed with an excavator or a skid-steer, according to the company – both of which were on display and used to feed the crusher during demos.
Mobile impact crusher to debut in 2024
Kleemann plans to gradually introduce a mobile impact crusher to North America and Europe in 2024. According to Kleemann, the Mobirex MR 100(i) NEO is an efficient, powerful and flexible plant that will also be available as an all-electric offering called the Mobirex MR 100(i) NEOe. The models are the first in the company’s new NEO line. Processing possibilities include recycling applications such as concrete, rubble and asphalt, as well as soft to medium-hard natural stone. The Mobirex MR 100(i) NEO and the Mobirex MR 100(i) NEOe both include Spective Connect, which provides operators data on speed, consumption values and fill levels – all on their smartphones and tablets. Spective Connect also offers detailed troubleshooting aids to assist with service and maintenance, Kleemann says.
