IRock offers tracked and wheeled conveyors that pair well with crushing and screening systems that operate at maximum capacity, according to the company. The tracked T-8048 conveyor, which comes with a Deutz TD Tier 3 engine, features a 48-in.-wide belt that stretches 80 ft. long. It stockpiles material up to 33 ft., 2 in. With a hydraulically adjustable tail section, operators can reduce the drop height of material onto the conveyor to lessen wear and minimize spillage. IRock’s M-5030, M-6030 and M-8036 wheeled conveyor units all have large receiving hoppers that reduce spillage. The M-5030 features a 10 hp electric motor and a 30-in.-wide, 50-ft.-long conveyor that stockpiles to 22 ft. The M-6030 comes with a 10 hp electric motor and a 30-in.-wide, 60-ft.-long conveyor that can stockpile to 24.5 ft. The M-8036 features a Cat C2.2 engine rated at 50 hp and a 36-in.-wide, 80-ft.-long conveyor that can stockpile to 30 ft. IRock’s wheeled units can be transported on roads to different locations by truck. IRock adds its tracked units move around jobsites easily on their own power, and they can be folded and loaded onto trailers for relocation from site to site.
