Haver & Boecker’s portable F-Class vibrating screen offers increased mobility to maximize flexibility for aggregate producers, according to the company.
“To help our customers streamline their operations, we amplified our F-Class vibrating screen by adding portability,” says Karen Thompson, Haver & Boecker Canada president. “The demand for portable plants has grown significantly over the years, which is why we wanted to provide a solution for our customers.”
The portable F-Class screen features a base frame that easily attaches to a custom-built chassis. The plant also includes a hydraulic system that positions the vibrating screen and an optimal angle. These two features allow producers to move and set up the portable F-Class screen in less than 30 minutes, the company adds.
The F-Class vibrating screen offers up to three screen decks. Haver & Boecker developed the vibrating screen with an advanced double eccentric shaft design. Each F-Class screen comes with Haver & Boecker’s Ty-Rail quick-tensioning system to minimize downtime for screen media changes. In addition, the F-Class screen is ideal for tough applications such as scalping and classifying ores, minerals, stones, sand and gravel.
Haver & Boecker is a provider of processing, handling, mixing, packing, filling, palletizing and loading systems. The company’s mission is to deliver the best of these technologies to the marketplace.
