Yanmar Compact Equipment launched the TL75VS as part of its new line of compact track loaders.
Earlier this year, Yanmar released the first model in this line: the TL100VS.
The TL75VS excels in construction and other segments, including utility and rental applications, according to Yanmar. The vertical-lift unit boosts productivity in at-height work and truck-loading applications, the company says, featuring a high lift height and rated operating capacity.
“We’re thrilled to bring another do-it-all piece of equipment to the market,” says Peter Ovrebo, North American product management director at Yanmar Compact Equipment North America. “The TL75VS provides operators with top-tier performance wherever it’s needed, and the reliability we’re known for ensures the machine is running on all cylinders until the job is done.”
Weighing more than 9,000 pounds and powered by a 74-hp Yanmar Tier 4 Final diesel engine, the TL75VS maximizes performance and productivity for the best possible ROI, Yanmar says. The 10-ft., 6.5-in, max bucket pin height improves the TL75VS’ ability to load dirt into trucks and complete other at-height tasks.
The new loader comes standard with a mechanically suspended seat and a 7-in. touchscreen display that improves convenience on the job. Full 360-degree visibility also enhances jobsite awareness and safety, according to Yanmar, which is padded by a removable roof hatch escape.
Efficiency
The TL75VS sports multiple options to increase productivity and the speed at which new operators learn to use the machine, the company says.
The compact track loader uses self-leveling technology and dual-direction capabilities to automatically level the load while raising and lowering loader arms, while return-to-position technology lets operators set a designated height for the loader arms. A work tool positioner enables users to select a preset for the angle of the attachment based on the job at hand.
The machine shifts automatically between low- and high-speed modes for a smoother transition between the two. This provides more control in spaces with limited room and applications requiring finesse, such as grading, Yanmar says.
Speed-sensitive ride control rounds out the productivity offerings. It conveniently enhances material retention at higher speeds without the need to actively switch the feature off when converting to slower-moving applications.
Technology
The TL75VS comes equipped with Yanmar’s optional SmartAssist Remote telematics. This offers a wide range of features, including error detection and notification to real-time operational status updates and daily work reports.
