Eagle Crusher Co. Inc. designed its UltraTraxx portable impact crusher to perform ultra-mobile crushing without sacrificing power or production on the jobsite. To keep producers crushing for longer periods of time, the UltraTraxx features the fuel capacity to operate for more than 10 hours without refueling.
The crusher’s load-sensing hydraulics help to improve fuel efficiency and reduce component wear. According to Eagle Crusher, the crusher’s all-hydraulic, hydrostatic-drive system allows for independent operation from the conveyors, feeders and impactor.
The UltraTraxx integrates the company’s UltraMax UM-15 impactor, which comes with a lifetime rotor warranty. Additionally, the crusher’s smart feeder drive system monitors engine load for improved efficiency levels.
Eagle Crusher’s UltraTraxx also comes with a wireless remote control to operate and monitor plant functions, including the filter status, hydraulic oil temperature, engine load and charge pump pressure. The company adds that the wireless remote control can be tethered to the unit for operation if the remote battery loses its charge.
