Finlay introduced the J-1280 jaw crusher as the latest addition to its line of tracked mobile crushers. Designed to bridge the gap between the J-1175 and the larger J-1480, the J-1280 offers a more transport-friendly package, while maintaining performance standards, Finlay says. This makes it suitable for medium-sized quarries and larger contractors seeking high capacity without the logistical challenges of heavier equipment. Featuring a 47-in. x 32-in. jaw chamber, the J-1280 offers a wide gape and robust throughput capabilities for hard rock applications. The machine is engineered for easier transport, weighing less than the J-1480 while maintaining strength and durability, according to the company.

Conveyor range designed for small, midsized operations

ProStack unveiled a range of tracked conveyors designed specifically for small and midsized operations. The latest additions include the TC 50, TC 60 and TR 60 – tracked conveyors measuring 50 ft. and 60 ft., plus a radial option. ProStack says the models are ideal for operations where space, mobility or budget constraints are considerations. According to the company, the new conveyor range fills a gap in its portfolio, targeting smaller-scale operations and enabling them to meet the needs of a wider customer base. The new conveyors complement the broader ProStack lineup, the company adds. That lineup includes tracked feeders, bulk reception feeders, port hoppers and telescopic conveyors.

Debut trommel suitable for wide range of materials

EvoQuip launched its first trommel: the Osprey 616. The compact recycling trommel expands the EvoQuip product portfolio to provide customers with a versatile and efficient solution for screening applications, the company says. Designed for small- to medium-sized operations facing limited space, EvoQuip says the Osprey 616 efficiently screens materials such as compost, biomass, soil, gravel and waste. One feature of the Osprey 616 is its 180-degree radial fines conveyor, which delivers exceptional stockpiling capacity according to EvoQuip. With a discharge height of up to 15 ft., 4 in., this swiveling-fines conveyor gives the Osprey 616 enhanced stockpile efficiency. Furthermore, the conveyor’s swivel function can be operated via remote control while the machine is running, eliminating unnecessary downtime and maximizing productivity.
