Keestrack, a mobile crushing and screening equipment specialist, will unveil the H4 tracked cone crusher at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2017.
According to Keestrack, the light and compact plant features the KT-H4 cone crusher. The fully automated unit produces up to 250 tph at maximum feed sizes of 7 in. The variety of concaves allows a high flexibility in secondary or tertiary production of highly defined end fractions, the company says.
To optimize production, the plant can be equipped with a pre-screen with a fines chute, as well as with a three-deck secondary screen module with a recycling conveyor for closed-circuit processing. Also, a big feeder volume, large screening areas and high stockpile capacities allow productive operations as an in-line or standalone unit.
The H4 features a hybrid diesel-electric drive concept. In addition, the full-hybrid version H4e allows full electric operation through mains or an external gen set. An additional electric motor/hydro pump then supplies the hydraulic-driven feeder, the secondary screen module, the tracks and all hydraulic cylinders.
