Powerscreen plans to display three machines at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2017, including the Warrior 600 screen, the Warrior 2400 screen and the Premiertrak 600 jaw crusher.
According to Powerscreen, the Warrior 600 is a compact, heavy-duty mobile screen. Ease of transport is one feature of this model. Also, the Warrior 600 is versatile with its simple conversion from three-way split mode to two-way split mode, the company says. The Warrior 600 features a highly aggressive 2.4-m x 1.2-m screen box capable of 6g of acceleration, Powerscreen adds.
The Warrior 2400, meanwhile, is designed for large-scale operators in the quarrying and mining sectors. The screen is capable of handling larger feed sizes and throughputs while being convenient to transport, the company says. The plant features a heavy-duty incline screen with a high-amplitude triple-shaft drive mechanism, lending it to screening, scalping, two- or three-way splitting and stockpiling materials such as aggregate, topsoil and construction and demolition waste.
In addition, the Premiertrak 600 features diesel-hydraulic and diesel-electric variants that were designed and constructed to deliver maximum production and performance with increased uptime and low running costs. According to Powerscreen, a vibrating grizzly feeder with variable speed control and a large grizzly area feed the high-capacity jaw. The bypass chute is also fitted with wear-resistant liners as standard, incorporating an adjustable five-position deflector plate to divert material to either the product or side conveyors.
During ConExpo-Con/Agg 2017, Powerscreen will exhibit at the Terex booth (G3382) in the Gold Lot at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
